- Leader of "Xay-Dung" Literary Group, one of the main branches of the Vietnam Culture Tree. Besides pieces contributed to some 50 English anthologies of poetry, he has published "Poems by Selected Vietnamese", "Vietnamese Choice Poems", and "Dragon & Fairy in Poetry" all featuring 100+ verse translations of originals by 140 authors living in USA, Canada, Australia, Finland, France, Belgium, Germany, Norway, and Vietnam. He is a member of PEN Center USA.
